Sheila has over 30 years of experience serving clients in the NYC Metro area and around the world. She serves as a tax advisor to business owners, individual real estate investors, and executives. She is a resource to families, attorneys, and accounting firms on estate and trust administration including estate tax audits, surrogate court accountings, and fiduciary income taxes. In March 2015, she decided to expand her tax practice into a full-time business so that she could provide best-in-class tax advice and accounting service to clients across various tax brackets.

Prior to launching her own tax practice full-time in March 2015, Sheila worked in public accounting specializing in High Net Worth Individuals, Trusts and Estates, and large family groups in the Real Estate industry. She was a Tax Director at Grant Thornton in their Private Wealth Service Practice until February 2015. A former head of the Client Accounting Department at the law firm of Loeb, Block & Partners where she served international families; she also previously served as an accountant to the Rockefeller Family in their Family Office where she coordinated family financial activities with investment counsel, attorneys, and financial institutions. 

She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs develop their financial intelligence as they grow their businesses and build wealth with real estate investments and brings understanding and experience to families navigating the administration of their loved ones’ estates and final tax filings.

Sheila is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The New York Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Black Accountants(NABA).
